E-Verify - It's Here!

Federal contractors and subcontractors are required to use E-Verify now. The Department of Homeland Security will mandate the use of e-verify in July, but don't wait! Employers who are not yet registered with E-Verify must enroll within 30 days of the contract award. Contracts issued will include a clause requiring use of E-Verify for new hires and current employees who will/are working on government contracts. The best decision is to get on board with this NOW!
