Layoffs are difficult for employees and employers alike.   It is not voluntary.  Not for the

employee and not for the employer.   Given that, we will, with ample notice, provide 

training for displaced (or soon to be displaced), employees.  This service will be free

of charge.   Employers must provide the venue.
